How do I edit my Journal index page to add a link to my journal post? I don’t see an edit button anywhere. Did I set it up wrong?
I looked again, and I to can no longer edit my index page. What I did so my journal entry is still linked to it, is when I click on the timer (it says 1hr or 1day, something like that) there is an option to create a new post/topic. So I did that… and its linked, so it a workaround. Not sure if its how we are actually supposed to do it.
Thank you! I didn’t know what I had done wrong.
Good afternoon,
I seem to be having an issue with my journal. Could you please check it and let me know if its setup correctly. Thank you.
@KForeman I see your journal index. Well done. Now, you must link it from the course index page. Thanks!
@grlucas I fixed it, now its listed. Thank you.
Hello. Is anyone able to see my journal index? I can see several of the others, but I cannot see if mine was set up correctly.
I see this page, which could be your journal index, but it has an introduction on it. I recommend: put the introduction where it should be, and make the link above your journal index page. Then add it to the main index. (Do it soon, as the introductions thread will close.)
Good Afternoon,
I have updated my index page with the template you provided. The link on student journals now shows this. I added it as a reply. Did I correct the issue with not seeing it from the link?
I’m having the same problem for my 2nd journal entry. I’m hoping someone can assist in helping me figure it out. I can’t see an edit button at the bottom so I can link my entry to my name.
Same, I don’t see an edit button to remove my initial post. I’m working on it though
@ArcheryMama and @JMOM34 if you include links to the pages you’re talking about, I’ll have a look.
Sir here is the link Theresa Wietstruk’s Journal
It is editable for me. Click the “. . .” (bottom-right, next to Reply) then the pencil icon to edit.
