Citing an editorial in citations and other questions

In the Works cited section of the article it has a long dash so I’m not sure how that is supposed to be done and can’t find any examples or locate a tutorial.

The other piece is that there are "ed. "which I’m assuming means editorial and the work cited has 2 dates as well.

And the last thing is a few of the cited works have either “Print” or “Film” and I haven’t found an example of these either. Any assistance would be appreciated. I’ve put the link to my page at the bottom and if someone knows how to show these items I’d appreciate the input.

——— . The Complete Short Stories of Ernest Hemingway: The Finca Vigía Edition. New York: Scribner’s, 2003. Print.

——— , ed.Men at War: The Best War Stories of All Time. 1942. New York: Crown Publishers, 1955. Print.

——— . Ernest Hemingway: Selected Letters, 1917–1961. Ed. Carlos Baker. New York: Scribner’s, 1981. Print.

Dr. Lucas can correct me, but I think I know an answer to this one. I too had to hunt for a while for an example. Here’s a screenshot with a the highlighted code to add:

This seemed to work for me.

Hope this helps,

@sherrilledwards Thanks! I had figured that out after writing the original but I’m still stuck on the Note list part, specifically how to add those to the article since those are numbered on the hard copy…the long dash I also figured out use |last=______| when it is multiple entries from the same author.

In my article, I formatted those as Endnotes per the Remediation Articles instructions:

No, that is incorrect. See @sherrilledwards’ solution above: you should use the |authormask=1 code in your template.
